Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be undamaged and in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, with original packaging) to qualify for a return.
• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging may not be eligible for a full refund.

Quality Issues & Defects

• If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will issue a full refund and cover both outbound and return shipping costs.
• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photos of the defect to expedite the process.

Returns Due to Personal Preference

• If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or personal preference (no quality issue), the item must still meet the eligibility criteria above.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs in this case.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund, processed promptly to your original payment method.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• For custom or personalized items that have not yet shipped, a refund of 60% of the order total will be issued.
• Custom or personalized orders that have already shipped are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our support team at impact-blabber-5g@icloud.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Wait for our team to provide you with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the item back securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
4. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us, as we cannot guarantee processing for unsolicited returns.
